Greater Vancouver Canadians vs. Valley West Hawks
Game 1: Greater Vancouver 4, Valley West 6
Game 2: Greater Vancouver 6, Valley West 1
This “home and home” series between Lower Mainland teams saw a split, with Valley West taking the first game and Greater Vancouver taking the second. In game 1, the Canadians scored four (4) goals (Michael Tilbury, Ryan Wilkinson (2), and Kyle Uy), but the Hawks prevailed thanks to a hat trick from Matt Barberis, and goals from James Malm (2) and Christian Bosa. In game 2, it was the Canadians that scored six (6) goals, thanks to efforts from Wilkinson (2), Uy, Justin Schwartz, Samuel Atkins, and Tyler Chiu. Valley West’s lone goal was scored by Ben Evanish.

Vancouver Northwest Giants vs. Fraser Valley Thunderbirds
Game 1: NW Giants 1, Fraser Valley 4
Game 2: NW Giants 2, Fraser Valley 5
This was another home and home between Lower Mainland teams, with Fraser Valley taking both games against the usually potent Giants. In Game 1, Nic Ponak (2), Nate Castonguay, and Brett Clayton scored for the T-Birds, while Justin Wilson scored for the Giants. In Game 2, Wilson and Will Warm scored for the Giants, but it wasn’t enough to stave off the five (5) Fraser Valley Goals by Ponak, Noah Wiebe, Brice Sharp, and Brett Clayton (2).

Game 1: Cariboo 7, North Island 1
Game 2: Cariboo 4, North Island 1

North Island’s goal came from Kyle Topping. In Game 2, the Cougars again held the Silvertips to just one (1) goal (Matthew Cahill) while scoring four (4) by Riley Coish, Williams, and Jandric.
